Rules :

1. No hentai.
2. Blood is okay, gore too, but if I were you I wouldn't put it on cute characters.
3. You can draw as many pictures as you like..!
4. You can draw as man characters as you like! Even if you only draw one character, and add it with all your OCS or something, just as long as one character is in it!
5. You may draw them in any outfit! just as long as its not sexual.
6. You may draw any of my characters, but you must draw at least one of the characters from any folder.
7. Crack couples are fun too!
8. Remember, this is also a desgining contest. You may desgin characters too.
9.Yes, making MMD-models are also count. Any kind of art or model you do counts. As long as you make sure its the character.
10. There must be at least one dark feature. Or something like, halloween related. Either by horror, or by a pumpkin in the background. Or dancing in a pumpkin field. Just as long as its something halloween related.
11. To make sure you read the rules, type "Halloween is awesome" in your comments.

Ask about the characters if you still don't know anything.

To increase your chances of winning, heres a few tips.

Put as many characters as you possibley can into the picture, sometimes it works out and makes you get more of a chance.
Make it look like you put as much effort as possible into it.
Shading.
Backgrounds.
Creativity. (THIS IS A BIG FACTOR)
and most of all, don't put characters out of place. It just makes your artwork look comedic... If yu want it that way~
